Shipping & Delivery
No Minimum order: Delivery charges vary by postcode and will be applied at checkout.
Delivery Costs: Items are bought in bulk, so delivery costs are charged per pallet. Because of the vast differrence in item weight, pallet quantity is calculated at 1 pallet per every £500 NET of V.A.T. Refunds are given for over payment of shipping costs.
Free Delivery: Orders placed for over £500, exclusive of VAT, qualify for free delivery within the UK mainland only (EXCLUDING POST CODES EX,DT,PO30-41,TQ,TA,PL,PA,TR,SA,SY,GY,LL). All other areas, INCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND, THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND & SCOTLAND EXCLUDES SCOTISH ISLANDS AND HIGHLANDS, orders placed for over £1000 will qualify for free delivery. If you're an overseas customer, please call for delivery costs.
Delivery Time: You can select the delivery option you want during the shipping screen at check. Standard options are "Customer to Collect/Arrange Collection", "3-7 working Day Delivery" for the UK. European customers will be able to select "Customer to Collect/Arrange Collection" or "Carriage to be Charged Later", due to the complex nature of shipping in the EU, but you can expect to receive your order within 10 days of order placement.
Goods do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All shipments are subject to stock availability (for high volume purchasing please call to check stock availability). The cut off time to process an overnight order is 10:00 am GMT. Goods are usually shipped within 48-72 hours after receiving the order (Not Guaranteed delays can be expected dependant on how busy we are) .
All orders are processed & shipped from our registered office & main warehouse in Blackburn, Lancashire.
Shipping Notification: Once registered, we will send an email notification when your order has been shipped, which you can check the status of by logging into your account and view the order details.
Shipping Address: It is the customers resposiblity to give the correct billing and shipping address. Any additional cost incurred because of incorrectly addressed deliveries will be charged to the customer. All addresses can be changed by logging in to the site.
Items not received: Please contact us if you have not received your order with 7 days for UK and Ireland customers, and 14 days for our other European customers.
Shortages and Damages: All claims, shortages and damges must be notified by fax or email within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pound Wholesale will do its utmost to ship Pre-Orders in accordance with the expected ship date. If this changes, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

You will be charged at the time your Pre-Order is placed. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delay.
FULL PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the placing of Pre-Orders (“Pre-Order”) with Pound Plus Distribution Ltd the “Company”) for the Product (as defined below). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order for Pound Plus Distribution Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound to these terms.
SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS
You may Pre-Order products separately or in combination with each other. Pound Wholesale may also make other products available for Pre-Order in its discretion (collectively, the “Products”).
SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDER REGISTRATION
When placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes out-dated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. SECTION 3 - PAYMENT
You will be charged at the time of placing a Pre-Order, which will include any other associated costs, such as shipping. If the Company is unable to ship a Pre-Order on or before one year of your placing, the Company shall process a full refund to you. Your placing of a Pre-Order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING
The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and the Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. In the event of a delay and if the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, the Company are not responsible for any damages that may occur, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits. The products will be shipped in the order in which the Company receives your Pre-Order. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
SECTION 5 - NO CANCELLATION / REFUND
Once your order is placed it is final, non-cancellable and non-refundable, except as specified in these terms and the applicable terms of sale.
SECTION 6 - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchase of the products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by the Company. The current Terms and Conditions of Sale can be found below in Terms of Service and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase of the product will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Refund Policy will not apply to Pre-order products.

Except as expressly provided in the Company’s Terms and Conditions of Sale (found below in Terms of Service) and Returns Policy, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the products are provided “as is” and “as available”. This includes all faults and without guaranteed warranty of any kind. The Company hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the products, express, implied or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement of third party rights.
Returns & Replacements
In addition to your legal rights (under UK distance selling regulations) we offer a 14 day no fuss returns guarantee - if you are not happy with your product within 14 days you can return the products to us for a full refund (please note a restocking fee of 35% will be applied as well as cost of delivery). Please contact us with the details (email: email@example.com) before you return the goods.
We will refund your payment within 7 days of receiving the returned goods after inspection by our returns department.
- You need to obtain a RA number (Return Authorization) before sending your order back to us. RA number can be obtained by calling us on 01254 790 233 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- You are responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your return. Make sure it is packed properly so that the contents are protected from any shipping damages. The cost of shipping will be refunded once we have received the goods.
- Please note that we will not accept returns for: Merchandise that is not in its original packaging and used, except in the case of manufacturers' defects.
- We will assess the overall condition of the item(s) being returned and will issue a credit accordingly.
- Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, we will refund your money within 14 days. If you have paid by cheque your account will be credited within 14 days.
We dont accept "unwanted goods".

Orders can be cancelled with full recompense up until the point of dispatch (This will exclude any costs of transacting credit cards all debit card payments will be refunded in full).
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Ordering: Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Their is no minimum order value. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Order Reference numbers. It is the customers responsibility to add their VAT registration number (where applicable), and that they are legally entitled to use said registration number.
Payment: All our payments are provided by SagePay, allowing you to pay by all major credit and debit cards, as well as local payment options depending on your country. After completing our checkout process you will be directed to SagPay's secure page to complete the payment. You will recieve a payment confirmation email from SagePay as well as an order confirmation email from Pound Wholesale.
Credit Cards: Any payment made by credit card will incur a 2.5% transaction fee for dealing with that transaction.(NON REFUNDABLE AS THIS IS A TRANSACTION CHARGE FOR TRANSACTING THE CARD).
American Express: Any payments via American Express will incur a 3% transaction fee for dealing with that transaction (NON REFUNDABLE AS THIS IS A TRANSACTION CHARGE FOR TRANSACTING THE CARD).
Debit Cards: Any payment made by debit card will not incur any additional charges for using said debit card.
VAT: All advertised prices are excluding VAT which is broken down and will be charged at during the payment process.
On orders delivered to the United Kingdom (incl. Northern Ireland) VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate. For the rest of the Europe Union (Incl. Southern Ireland) orders will not be charged VAT providing that V.A.T registration numbers are provided for that company. We will not be responsible for any customs duties or import charges in the destination country.
Prices: We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. All orders are on a first come first served basis, and Pound Wholesale reserves the right to decline orders for suspect, fruadulent or high value purchases.
We have the right to change prices without notification.
Retention of Title
Until payment for all goods under all contracts between the parties has been made in full:
i. The goods shall remain the property of the company, but the risk therein all liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.
ii. The purchaser may sell the goods in the normal course of its business but shall hold and pursue claims for the proceeds of their sale equal to the price of the goods for and on behalf of the seller.
