The Elysium Sleepzzz Well Epsom Salts are scented with 100% natural lavender oil to help relax the mind and body, promoting a healthy, restful night's sleep. Softening the skin whilst soothing muscle aches and pains, the Elysium Sleepzzz Well Epsom Salts harness the therapeutic properties of Epsom salts and the calming essence of natural lavender oil.
With a 450g resealable pouch, the Elysium Sleepzzz Well Epsom Salts preserve freshness and quality to ensure a potent, gentle and relaxing aroma for every bath.
Helping to draw out impurities from the skin and reduce inflammation, the Elysium Sleepzzz Well Epsom Salts help to replenish magnesium levels.

Directions For Use
- Add approx two handfuls of salts to a warm bath
- Stir the water to ensure crystals are fully dissolved
- Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow magnesium and lavender oil to be fully absorbed
- For best results, use 2-3 times per week as part of your evening routine
